OptimToken is a free pricing-comparison service operated by OptimNow (France). It is designed to work without collecting personal data: there are no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms that store your information.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store names, email addresses, passwords, or payment details. The site and the MCP server serve public pricing data only.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics to measure aggregate traffic and product usage (pages viewed, features used such as the AI advisor or comparison links). These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers and process your IP address and device information under their own policies (Google, Vercel). We use this data only in aggregate to improve the product.

AI advisor (chat)

Questions you type into the AI advisor are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a reply, along with the pricing catalogue needed to answer. We do not store your conversations on our servers; Anthropic processes them under its privacy policy. Please do not submit confidential or personal information in the chat.

MCP server

The OptimToken MCP server requires no authentication. Tool queries (for example, a provider name or a price filter) are processed only to return public pricing data and are not linked to any identity. Standard technical logs (IP address, timestamps) may be retained briefly by our hosting providers for security and operations.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel; the MCP server is hosted on Alpic. Both may process standard server logs under their respective policies.

Your rights

Since we do not maintain personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. For any privacy question or request (including under GDPR), contact us via optimnow.io/contact.
